You may pick up your car or personal belongings during the regular office hours. Monday thru Friday ( 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Saturday ( 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.) Sunday the office is closed. If someone is unable to make it to the tow yard during the regular office hours an appointment can be made to pick up your vehicle or personal belongings but there will be an additional processing fee.
